Tim Marks
Tim is an Anglican priest who works in retirement with The Leadership Institute in senior clergy formation, as a volunteer counsellor with The Well in Malvern and has a private counselling practice. He leads an Arts and Faith group at Malvern Priory and is actively involved in public ministry there. He was Director of Pastoral Training and theology tutor at Moorlands College, Director of Network Counselling and Training in Bristol and advisor to the YMCA movement on personal and spiritual development.
Oenca Fontaine
Oenca is an experienced leadership, talent and organisational development consultant, coach-mentor, trainer, writer and social entrepreneur.
Oenca set up a coaching, leadership development consultancy, inner Dimensions Ltd, in 2002. She uses a number of profiling and 360-Degree feedback instruments and training interventions to help individuals and organisations to focus on their inherent qualities, values and abilities (their ‘inner dimensions’), to encourage personal effectiveness and lasting behavioural and attitudinal change.
Oenca is also the Founder & Chair of Christian Leadership Ministries (CLM), bringing a focus for leadership, talent and spiritual development into the wider Christian community. Through CLM, Oenca seeks to develop, equip, enable and empower leaders and individuals to discover their God-given gifts and talents and use them proactively to impact others in their place of worship and/or the local community.
Alan Fraser

Since October 2005 he has been Chief Executive of YMCA Birmingham and is also currently Chair of the YMCA’s national Brand Steering Group. He is also an ordained Anglican Priest and is licensed to work in a voluntary capacity in 2 parishes in Birmingham Diocese.
Pete Brayne
Following an early career in computing, Pete joined the ministry team of a local community church, eventually to become the Church leader – a post he held for 10 years. In 2001 he was appointed CEO of Guildford YMCA which merged with Sussex Central YMCA to become YMCA DownsLink Group in 2014. After a year supporting the integration process of the two YMCAs he has now set up his own company, Wise Governance Ltd, which aims to support charities (particularly YMCAs) devise and establish good governance processes – something which he believes will either ‘make or break’ a YMCA. He has been commissioned by YMCA England to conduct a consultation exercise with the Federation on what the Christian Ethos means to YMCAs and to propose ways in which this can benefit our aims and objectives.
